About the Role
This role will lead the strategy and design efforts for the Pet Nutrition-owned part of the digital ecosystem around cPLM. As the DT Senior R&D Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of our digital environment and its connected capabilities, ensuring seamless data flow across the ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with segment and enterprise teams, including the PN cPLM DT Lead, PN cPLM Global Process Owner and their team, Corporate R&D Product Owners, and MGS DT technical teams. While focused on the cPLM ecosystem specific to Pet Nutrition, this role may expand to encompass the entire Pet Nutrition R&D systems landscape.

Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive technical solutions aligned with business objectives to enable the digital transformation program as part of cPLM. You will develop architecture strategies covering full lifecycle management of solutions, identify potential bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues, and propose effective solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will evaluate and recommend tools, middleware platforms, and technologies to ensure scalability, security, and ease of maintenance.

Partnering with enterprise and solution architects, you will implement enterprise solutions within the segment digital landscape, ensuring compliance with architectural strategies, policies, data privacy, and security standards. You will participate in a global community of solution and enterprise architects across the cPLM program, contribute to project estimations, facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and coordinate implementation and validation with development teams. Additionally, you will contribute to system architecture documentation, develop strategies for retirement of segment-owned systems, and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing IT solutions in complex enterprise environments. Proven track record leading system design efforts and guiding projects through the complete software development lifecycle. Proficiency in SQL, C#, and JavaScript. Experience in Product Lifecycle Management or R&D-related systems is preferred.

Qualifications
