Hours
Full Time - 45 hours per week, with some flexibility required during busy event periods including occasional evening work. Overtime is paid for weekend work, with time off in lieu offered during quieter periods. Includes a great Christmas break each year.

About the Role
At Rocket Food, tastings are at the heart of what we do, and we’re looking for a Creative & Tastings Supervisor to join our busy, fast-paced creative department. This hands-on role requires someone who is organised, proactive and happy to get stuck in wherever needed. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional tastings, beautifully presented canapé trays and food stalls, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the department. You will lead and manage all client tastings to the highest standard, organise prep, packing and presentation for tastings and events, and manage the Déc warehouse ensuring everything is organised and event-ready. Working closely with creative, warehouse and events teams, you will take responsibility for tastings from start to finish and support onsite event set ups when required. Attention to detail, presentation and taking ownership are hugely important. The role demands confidence to work independently as well as thrive in a collaborative team environment. Being calm under pressure and adaptable is essential as no two days are the same. You will help maintain the creativity, quality and presentation standards Rocket is known for.

Experience
Experience within events, hospitality, catering or creative operations is highly desirable.

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Able to follow instruction while also taking ownership and responsibility.
