About the Role
This hybrid Creative Strategist and Campaign Manager role is central to how Make-Ready Editions launches new collections and drives growth. You will own paid social, the primary demand driver, running systematic creative testing across concepts, angles, and formats to identify what works and why. This role requires building a disciplined testing engine that compounds learnings over time. You will also develop strategies for other key channels, focusing especially on artists' own platforms, primarily Instagram.
On the campaign management side, you will collaborate closely with the artist management team to deliver contemporary collection launches end to end. Responsibilities include coordinating timelines, briefing assets, providing artists with links and posting instructions, and ensuring smooth execution from kickoff to live.
Content production is varied: you will create some assets yourself using simple design tools and AI where faster or sharper, while briefing writers, editors, and art directors for other content. A good visual eye and comfort with design tools and AI are essential.
Key responsibilities include owning paid social creative end to end, structuring and managing creative tests, optimizing artist-owned channels, managing collection launches, briefing creative teams, producing assets, and using performance data to inform strategy and creative direction.
Experience
3-6 years experience preferred but open to candidates with more or less. Experience as a paid social creative strategist, strategic copywriter, or content creator is ideal. Familiarity and genuine enthusiasm for paid social is essential.
