As an Associate in the EMEA Credit Trading Risk and P&L team, you will play a key role in supporting the European Credit Markets business. You will work closely with colleagues across Sales & Trading, Valuations, Business Management, Market Risk, and Technology, gaining valuable insight into the full trade lifecycle. You will help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, while developing your analytical and problem-solving skills. Job Responsibilities:
- Report daily P&L and risk exposures to the trading desk, demonstrating understanding of the terms and calculations involved.
- Uphold minimum standards to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the business's books and records.
- Provide commentary to accompany P&L, linking trading revenues to desk strategies and changes in market conditions.
- Collaborate closely with Traders, Trader Assistants, Financial Control, Valuation Control, and External Reporting teams to ensure Month End numbers are accurate and correctly represented across all systems.
- Work on various projects including enhancements to the Risk and P&L aggregators.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations including Antitrust compliance.
- Challenge and improve existing processes.

Experience
Experience working in the financial industry with exposure to accounting and financial statements.
Strong skills in time management, problem solving, written and oral communication.
Team player with the ability to work effectively across diverse functions, locations, and businesses.
Excellent Excel and computer skills.
Strong analytical skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Project management experience or skills are helpful.
Experience in Product Control or Financial Control is a plus.
