About the Role
The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) department at Giorgio Armani is responsible for deploying effective strategies to engage customers and drive revenue growth. As part of the Retail Team, this role involves close collaboration with stores to share the CRM culture and priorities aligned with the Global strategy. You will coordinate and support local Store Managers and Sales Associates dedicated to clienteling activities to ensure the successful implementation of the CRM strategy. Additionally, you will support the delivery of the Retail marketing plan under the direction of the Retail Performance Manager.
Key responsibilities include running and analyzing CRM reports, briefing and following up with stores to ensure accurate data collection, liaising with CRM referents at HQ to share priorities and best practices, monitoring CRM KPIs across all stores, and developing local analyses and insights on customer behaviour and preferences. You will also manage customer list extractions for dedicated events and foster internal communication by sharing best practices among stores.
In clienteling, you will deploy local campaigns according to the Global Contact Strategy, monitor performance, and manage client gifting campaigns including strategy development, store communication, gift sourcing, campaign monitoring, and post-campaign reporting. You will also source and manage store hospitality supplies and clienteling services.
In retail marketing, you will manage Sale Preview and New Season Campaigns, support targeted client events, coordinate customer contact strategies, define customer targets, and handle event communications with store teams. You will be responsible for artworking and approval of promotional materials, mailers, and e-mailers in collaboration with Milan, as well as creating customer target lists and managing mailer/e-mailer send outs via CRM software. Post-event follow-up and internal reporting are also part of the role.
Furthermore, you will support in-store image events under Milan’s direction, coordinate a local communication calendar in alignment with HQ priorities, and produce monthly competitor reports.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience within fashion and luxury brands.
Previous CRM experience is essential.
Strong interest and understanding of the end consumer’s needs and desires.
