About the Role
Join the Ramblers Association as a CRM Operations Analyst and play a key role in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of CRM processes, supporting data integrity, and enabling effective communication across teams. This role offers the opportunity to work within a passionate organization dedicated to promoting walking and protecting the countryside, while developing your expertise in CRM operations and data analysis.

Experience
Proven experience working with CRM systems and data management. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience in a similar operations or analyst role is highly desirable.

About you
You are organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. You have excellent communication skills and a passion for using data to improve processes and customer engagement. A commitment to the values of the Ramblers Association and an interest in outdoor activities would be advantageous.

Qualifications
A degree or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, Data Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Relevant CRM certifications or training will be considered an asset.
