In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationship management activities to enhance engagement and support business growth. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver targeted campaigns, analyze customer data, and improve overall customer experience. Experience
Previous experience in CRM management or a related marketing role is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis is advantageous.
