About the Role
Our vibrant Faculty of Business, Creative Arts and Digital Technology has a brand new opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator. You will deliver a first-rate administrative service focused on supporting teaching teams to provide the very best experience to our learners. As the first point of contact for the department, you will answer enquiries from learners and staff and assist with the arrangement of departmental events. You will work closely with your team to provide day-to-day support, ensuring resources and planning are in place, and coordinate communication with students, parents, and other college teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Administrative and Principalship Team to comply with policies and contribute to reports on key performance measures and targets.
This is a busy role requiring the ability to manage a demanding workload and prioritise tasks effectively. Being proactive with outstanding organisational skills is essential. You will be the sole administrator for the department and support the new Head of Faculty in running the department efficiently and effectively.

Experience
Relevant administrative experience is required, preferably within an education environment.
About you
You are enthusiastic, motivated, and able to work well under pressure. You possess outstanding organisational skills and are proactive in managing your workload. Strong IT skills and excellent interpersonal communication are essential. A passion for the creative arts or business industry is desirable but not essential.
Qualifications
A good standard of education is required. Specific qualifications are not detailed but relevant administrative experience and skills are important.
