About the Role

We are seeking a Curriculum Team Manager – Creative Arts to lead and develop a dynamic curriculum area, ensuring outstanding teaching, learning and student outcomes. You will provide strong leadership and management to the Creative Arts team, driving continuous improvement and ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all students.
In this role, you will shape curriculum delivery, support staff development, and ensure students achieve their qualifications and progress successfully. Key responsibilities include leading and managing a team of teaching staff, including recruitment, appraisal and development; driving high-quality teaching, learning and assessment; monitoring performance and using data to improve student outcomes; managing staffing resources; leading on quality assurance including internal verification and compliance; supporting student recruitment, retention, achievement and progression; promoting positive student behaviour, welfare and personal development; contributing to curriculum planning, innovation and growth; and working collaboratively across the College to deliver strategic priorities.

Experience
Proven experience in academic management or curriculum leadership within a creative arts or related educational setting is highly desirable. Experience in staff management, quality assurance, and curriculum development is essential.
