About the Role
Join Global Finance & Business Management, a team dedicated to strategically managing capital, driving growth and efficiencies, maintaining financial reporting, and proactively managing risk. By providing information, analysis, and recommendations to improve results and drive decisions, the team ensures the company can navigate all market conditions while protecting our fortress balance sheet. As an Associate within the Global Custody Operations Business Management team, you will play a key role in the successful delivery and management of Operations strategies. You will work closely with the Global Head of Custody Operations and their Leadership Team to deliver outstanding Business Management support across Operations updates, business reviews, and data analysis.
Your responsibilities will include organizing complex information strategically and compellingly, analyzing complex data sets to facilitate insights for senior management decision making. You will maintain and track objectives and key results, ensuring alignment with the wider Securities Services Operations strategic priorities. You will craft and develop organizational communication strategies for global townhalls and keynote events, supporting an organization of over 1,500 colleagues. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive materials for business reviews and strategic working sessions, demonstrating organizational success within senior CIB Forums by incorporating business metrics, financial performance, and updates on key initiatives and results.
You will create ad-hoc analysis and presentations for a wide range of senior management, ensuring key priorities and messaging are clearly conveyed. Driving cross line of business initiatives, you will focus on the development and support of our AI Book of Work and wider transformation initiatives, maintaining a strategic link to the operational goals and requirements of the business.
Experience
Previous product knowledge and/or prior Financial Management, Business Management, or Chief Operating Office experience is required. Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of employees, including senior management, is essential. Experience thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple assignments, stringent deadlines, and changing priorities is expected.

You are inquisitive, enthusiastic, diligent, and capable of constructively challenging peers. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly are critical. You must demonstrate strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred. Familiarity with software tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Tableau, and Alteryx Suite is advantageous.
