About the Role
Join L'Oréal UK as a Customer Activation Manager within the Luxury Division and play a key role in delivering exceptional brand and product experiences to consumers. You will be responsible for developing the customer activity calendar and aligning with the Commercial team to provide all necessary information to sell-in the trade plan effectively. Your role includes making strategic recommendations on priorities, participating in customer strategy meetings, and leading multi-brand activations. Building strong relationships with retailer marketing teams and acting as the internal voice of the customer are essential to ensure flawless in-store implementation in collaboration with Visual Merchandising. Experience
Proven track record in sales and negotiation with expertise in both On and Off Trade Marketing actions. Experience working collaboratively with commercial teams and other departments such as CRM, Retail Media, and Brands. Strong understanding of market, consumer behavior, and competition.
