About the Role
Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations, where you will be the backstage powerhouse of our store. This is a physically demanding, high-intensity role that keeps the store running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing stock, handling deliveries, and performing all vital behind-the-scenes tasks to ensure the shop floor remains full, clean, and ready for customers.
Working with urgency and accuracy, you will keep the flow of products moving and adapt quickly to the fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility is essential as you will work across different areas of the store to meet operational demands.
Being digitally confident is key, as you will use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently. As a team player, you will collaborate across functions and support colleagues to maintain smooth store operations.
Please note, this role involves operating mechanical equipment and is only open to applicants aged 18 and over in compliance with health and safety legislation.
