As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey within our Autocentres.

Experience
Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
Experience working towards and achieving targets
Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment

About you
IT literate
Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
Must have a full UK driving licence with less than 9 points as the role includes collection and delivery of vehicles

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
