About the Role
We are recruiting a Customer Service Host to join the Rapport team, based at our client’s office in Fenchurch Street. You will be part of a large and diverse team supporting a Fortune Global 500 company where excellence and creativity are the norm every day. This role is ideal for someone with an incredible ability to spark immediate rapport with guests arriving at the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences. Time management and ownership are key to success, alongside fantastic communication skills.
Main responsibilities include providing an exceptional welcome to customers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the floor, maintaining a safe working environment, improving customer engagement, ensuring all equipment and technology are operational and reporting issues as needed, maintaining high standards to consistently exceed customer expectations, and checking meeting rooms are set up correctly according to agreed specifications.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not essential. The ability to build rapport quickly and deliver excellent service is key.
