About the Role
Join Ticketek UK’s Customer Services team based in London, part of Ticketek Entertainment Group, a global leader in ticketing and technology with over 40 years’ experience. This exciting role is ideal for someone passionate about the events and music industry, working in an ambitious, innovative, and fast-paced environment that values collaboration and talent.

Daily activities include responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email, social media platforms, and Trustpilot. You will print, prepare, and dispatch tickets for upcoming events and ensure an exceptional customer experience is central to all interactions. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders including Client Services and Marketing teams to enhance the overall customer journey. You will also manage and improve website FAQ content to provide accurate, up-to-date information.

Occasional on-site event support is required, including weekend work during peak periods. A continuous improvement mindset and commitment to delivering timely, efficient, and effective customer service and dispatch services are essential.

Requirements

Experience
- Previous customer service experience in any environment (online, telephone, email, or face-to-face).
- Experience using CRM systems; knowledge of Zendesk is advantageous.
- Experience with Google Applications, Meta Business Suite, and Trustpilot Business is desirable but not essential.
- Previous online customer service experience is a plus but not required; retail or in-person customer service experience with excellent communication skills is welcomed.
