About the Role
Qureight’s mission is to accelerate clinical trials and ensure breakthroughs in lung and heart disease reach patients without delay. Our AI-powered data and imaging curation platform enables the analysis of clinical imaging and other healthcare data, helping our customers bring treatments to market faster. With offices in Cambridge and London, you will join a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, scientists, and engineers united by an open culture, continuous learning mindset, and a shared mission to help biopharma run faster, smarter trials.

As a Data Partnerships Project Manager, you will lead the management of critical data partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies, hospitals, universities, and research institutions. This high-impact, cross-functional role sits at the intersection of technical project delivery, partnerships, data sourcing, legal, and governance.

You will manage complex, high-value projects ranging from highly structured, contractually defined biopharma collaborations to less formal data partnerships with academic groups. Your responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, setting and maintaining timelines, ensuring deliverables are agreed upon, and securing access to high-quality, well-structured data to train, validate, and deploy AI models.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Project managing data partnerships end-to-end, from initial engagement and contracting to data transfer, ingestion, and ongoing management.
2. Coordinating across external partners and internal teams including machine learning, data engineering, legal, commercial, and product.
3. Working with legal and commercial teams to establish appropriate data sharing and licensing agreements.
4. Ensuring delivery of data assets and statistical outputs aligned with commercial agreements and project timelines.
5. Enabling data ingestion and readiness by collaborating with technical teams to define ‘good data’, resolve quality issues, and support data standardisation and annotation workflows.
6. Acting as a bridge between external data providers and internal data/ML teams.
7. Supporting senior leadership to identify and secure access to datasets from hospitals, universities, and commercial partners.
8. Building and managing relationships with clinicians, researchers, and technology transfer offices.
9. Developing scalable, repeatable processes for contracting, partner onboarding, data ingestion, and project delivery to support company growth.

- Understanding of data ingestion workflows, data formats, and quality challenges
- Ability to work effectively across machine learning, data science, data engineering, legal, commercial, and product teams
- Familiarity with GxP or regulated software environments

About you
- Strong relationship management and operational rigour
- Comfortable managing high-impact, cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Even better if you have experience in healthcare, biotech, medtech, or techbio environments, and/or in high-growth startups or scaleups.
Familiarity with technology transfer offices (TTOs), research collaboration agreements, clinical trials, AI/machine learning workflows, medical imaging, biomarkers, or real-world data is advantageous.
Experience supporting customer deployments and enterprise/pharma partnerships is a plus.
