About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our data squad and own the future of BlinkIQ — our data and analytics product designed for frontline organisations. This role requires a strategic thinker who focuses on data products, not just analytics. You will own the end-to-end roadmap for BlinkIQ, act as the internal expert on how data is built, sold, priced, and used, and influence how data integrates across the Blink platform to enhance the employee experience.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, data, design, and go-to-market teams, becoming the go-to person within the company for all data-related questions. Your responsibilities include product leadership, commercial strategy, data subject matter expertise, technical direction, embedding data into the core product, customer delivery, and go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BlinkIQ product roadmap and prioritise features that drive revenue and adoption
- Run customer discovery, translate feedback into actionable product decisions, and manage feature launches
- Develop and evolve commercial and pricing strategies for BlinkIQ
- Serve as the data expert internally, enabling sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Guide the evolution of Blink's data infrastructure in partnership with engineering and data teams
- Identify and implement data-driven improvements in the core Blink product, including nudges, recommendations, personalisation, and insights
- Ensure delivery against enterprise customer commitments and manage shifting priorities
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to successfully launch and drive adoption of new capabilities

Requirements

Experience
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven ownership of a data, analytics, or BI product, beyond just using data as an input
- Strong technical fluency in data, including pipelines, models, warehousing, and infrastructure trade-offs
- Demonstrated ability to shape data product strategy, pricing, and packaging in a commercial context
- Skilled in customer discovery and validation, including running interviews and translating insights into product decisions
- Experience launching data or analytics features to market and driving adoption
- Ability to act as an internal subject matter expert, enabling and educating non-data teams on data usage and strategy

About You
- Strategic thinker with a passion for data products and analytics
- Excellent collaborator who can work effectively across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
- Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and influencing data infrastructure decisions
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights

Qualifications
- Experience with data products for frontline, deskless, or operationally-focused organisations is a plus
- Experience working alongside engineering leadership to evolve data infrastructure
- Experience embedding data-driven features such as nudges, recommendations, and personalisation into core product experiences is desirable
