About the Role
The Deputy Academic Registrar will lead the Registry teams and line manage staff, ensuring they have a supportive and enabling environment to deliver objectives, develop their performance, and provide excellent customer service. This role involves providing innovative leadership to drive transformational change, identifying needs, and proactively proposing, establishing, implementing, reviewing, and revising policies, procedures, and working practices based on sector intelligence for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will oversee accurate, timely, and efficient procedures across the entire student lifecycle for campus-based students and those studying through partnerships, including curriculum setup, academic calendar management, programme enrolment, assessment administration, student records management, data management for statutory returns, certification, and alumni references.
Experience
Proven skills and experience in leading the provision of an efficient and effective Registry service supporting academic departments across a university or similar environment.

Qualifications
