We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Account Director to support the management of a large workplace catering contract. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Director to oversee multiple managers, ensure excellent operational delivery, and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the overall management of a high-profile client
- Lead and develop a team of five direct reports
- Ensure operational excellence across the contract
- Build strong client relationships
- Drive commercial performance and service standards
- Support business planning and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies
- Work collaboratively with site management teams
Experience
- Previous senior operations or account management experience within contract catering
- Experience managing multiple teams or sites
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent client relationship management
- Commercially aware

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in hospitality, catering management, or business management are desirable but not essential. A strong track record and relevant experience are key.
