About the Role
Lead the Future of Adult Social Care at the Royal Borough of Greenwich. We are creating a new vision for Adult Social Care that places people, communities, partnerships and our staff at the heart of everything we do. Inspired by the voices of our residents and staff, and aligned with the NHS 10 Year Health Plan, we are transforming support through neighbourhood-based, preventative and integrated approaches.

As a Deputy Locality Lead, you will be central to Greenwich's Adult Social Care transformation programme, supporting the delivery of high-quality neighbourhood-based services that enable residents to live independent, healthy and fulfilling lives. Working alongside the Locality Lead, you will provide day-to-day operational leadership across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring excellent social work and safeguarding practice while supporting staff development, service improvement and performance management.

You will play a key role in embedding integrated ways of working, bringing together colleagues from social care, health, housing and community services to deliver coordinated support that reflects the strengths and aspirations of local people.

About the Opportunity
We are recruiting to several senior leadership roles within our Adult Social Care Directorate. These roles lead the development of personalised, responsive neighbourhood-based services and integrated ways of working across NHS, housing, local government, and the voluntary and community sector.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven transformational leadership delivering measurable improvements in services and outcomes
- Experience building effective partnerships across health, social care, housing, local government or community organisations
- Experience delivering services through collaboration, influence and partnership working
- Ability to lead confidently and compassionately in complex and changing environments
