As a Dermatology Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the dermatology department by managing administrative tasks efficiently and contributing to excellent patient care and service delivery.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role within a healthcare or clinical setting is desirable but not essential. A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes is important.
About you
You are organised, reliable and have good communication skills. You work well both independently and as part of a team. You are motivated to provide excellent service and support to clinical staff and patients. Flexibility and a positive attitude towards working in a busy hospital environment are essential.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required; however, proficiency in IT and office software is advantageous. Training will be provided to support your development in this role.
