About the Role
The King's Trust is seeking a Design Lead to oversee and mentor our creative team. This role involves leading design projects from concept to completion while providing guidance and support to junior designers. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our initiatives and ensuring high-quality outputs that align with our mission. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, mentoring, and making a positive impact through creative leadership.

Experience
Proven experience in a senior design role with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership and mentoring capabilities. Experience managing design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in design or a related field is preferred but not essential. Demonstrable experience and a strong portfolio will be considered equally valuable.
