About the Role
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute across a range of projects including digital and motion. You will develop intelligent and original design solutions across brand identity, print, digital, type, and 2D motion. The role involves extending identity systems across websites, digital applications, and 2D motion. You will work closely with Creative Leads on design and production, act as a key client contact on some projects, managing schedules, production, and delivery, and collaborate with the wider team and creative partners. Clear communication of ideas and active participation in creative discussions and critiques within the studio are essential. You will also prepare and confidently deliver creative presentations.

We collaborate with cultural institutions, global brands, and individuals to create meaningful, original design through research and consultancy. Our work spans brand identities, campaigns, digital, editorial design, and custom type.

Requirements

Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a graphic design role within a creative studio or equivalent, working across projects from concept through to delivery.
Strong graphic design and typographic skills across brand identity, print, and digital design.
Experience or strong interest in 2D motion to bring graphic identities to life, with a desire to develop this skill.
Experience designing responsive websites in Figma with a good understanding of identity systems in digital environments.
Strong technical skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience with After Effects, Cavalry, or similar 2D motion software is desirable; interest in developing these skills is important.
Strong understanding of print production with the ability to accurately artwork files and prepare work for production.
Familiarity with Glyphs is a bonus.
