About the Role
As a Designer at Ministry of Sound, you will work across a blend of fast-paced, high-volume creative output and larger creative projects, confidently switching between quick-turnaround creative requests and more considered brand, campaign and partnership projects from concept through to delivery. Reporting to the Head of Creative & Brand, you will design and deliver creative work across the Ministry of Sound Group, including our club, brands, content, campaigns, merchandise and partnerships. Your work will translate creative direction into thoughtful, high-quality design and motion across digital, print, social media, presentations, campaign assets and immersive live experiences, from club screens and venue environments to real-world activations.
You will create strong layouts, typography and visual systems that elevate our brands and tell compelling stories, confidently using simple, polished motion where it enhances the creative. Supporting concept development through visual research, references, mood boards and design exploration will be part of your role. You will prepare artwork and production files to a consistently high standard across both digital and print formats, working collaboratively with creatives, marketers, content producers and stakeholders across the business to bring ideas to life.
You will take ownership of your projects from concept through to delivery, actively seeking feedback and continually developing your creative practice. Ministry of Sound is a pioneering business with a history of innovation, risk-taking and creative marketing, and you will be part of a team that values high standards, attention to detail and continuous improvement while maintaining a fun and collaborative culture.
