About the Role
Join Space Inch as an experienced DevOps Engineer working with the Core team of a leading US investment and asset management firm. Collaborate closely with Space Inch teammates and the client’s engineers across infrastructure, SRE, and application teams. This role sits at the intersection of DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering, focusing on building and maintaining pipelines, clusters, and treating infrastructure as a product. You will develop self-service tooling, reusable modules, and paved paths that enable application teams to ship safely without reinventing deployment, observability, or security each time. Much of the work is greenfield, offering a unique opportunity to shape the platform’s future architecture rather than just maintaining existing systems. You will own critical infrastructure relied upon by other engineers and participate in architectural discussions influencing the platform’s direction. Space Inch values alignment with clients and team members, supports professional growth, and promotes a remote-first culture with a global footprint. Occasional travel may be required for company retreats or client meetings. This role offers true work-life balance while working on long-term, end-to-end projects.
