About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious HCPC-registered Dietitian to join the Specialist Weight Management Service (SWMS) at Second Nature, one of the UK’s leading health-tech startups. In this role, you will support people living with obesity to make sustainable lifestyle and behaviour changes as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) including doctors, dietitians, psychologists, and physical activity specialists. The service uses evidence-based health coaching techniques such as motivational interviewing, goal setting, and behaviour change frameworks.
This fixed-term full-time position involves primarily remote work with regular face-to-face group sessions at South London sites. You will conduct independent clinical assessments via video or telephone, deliver digital and in-person group and one-to-one interventions, and collaborate closely with the MDT to optimise patient care. Clinical supervision and comprehensive training will be provided.
Key responsibilities include managing a caseload of service users, supporting medicated and non-medicated programmes, identifying and managing clinical risk, maintaining HCPC registration and CPD, and contributing to service evaluation and innovation projects. Strict confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations are essential.
Second Nature is dedicated to eradicating obesity and type 2 diabetes by combining behavioural science, psychology, and technology to increase access to effective treatment. We have positively impacted over 300,000 people and are rated 'Excellent' on Trustpilot.
