About the Role
Turner & Townsend’s Digital Advisory business is expanding to meet its 2030 Strategy. We are seeking an experienced Digital Advisory Consulting Manager with expertise in Asset Intensive Industries, Built Environment, Energy and Natural Resources, or Defence. The role focuses on delivering service excellence in Transformation Management, Digital Strategy & Insights, Technology Advisory, or Enterprise Architecture. You will lead high-impact digital transformation programmes, act as a trusted advisor on digital strategy and technology adoption, and contribute to business growth through bid management and lead generation. The role involves people management, coaching, and mentoring, as well as service development including productization and playbook creation. Candidates will engage with clients, lead workshops, assess process improvements, and work closely with technical teams to translate requirements. Knowledge of PMIS, ERP systems, agile tooling, and platforms such as Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint, and MS Projects is advantageous. Experience
Proven track record in Digital Advisory Consulting within relevant sectors such as Energy & Natural Resources, Defence, Infrastructure, or Government. Experience working on Digital Strategy & Transformation projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements, manage bids and proposals, and generate business leads. Familiarity with data analytics tools and ability to analyse business and industry data including KPIs and financial reports. Experience working alongside technical developer teams and translating technical requirements from non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
Degree in an analytic subject or MBA is advantageous but not required. Business Analysis qualifications such as BCS or IIBA are desirable. Strong numeracy and analytical skills with proficiency or willingness to learn Microsoft Office and relevant digital platforms. Extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
