About the Role
Kurt Geiger is an inclusive, creative footwear and accessories brand inspired by the energy and diversity of London. Our Digital Team is a global, fully integrated function delivering best-in-class retail technology and digital experiences across multiple markets. As a Digital Assistant Trading Manager, you will support the Senior Online Trading Manager to drive global expansion by launching new Shopify-based websites into new markets and territories. You will be responsible for positioning the brand effectively while driving commercial performance through management of the website catalogue, including product loading, category creation, and catalogue maintenance of large product sets.

You will manage, test, and optimise onsite merchandising and product rankings to maximise commercial ambitions with a localised approach by market. Optimising search and navigation functionality to enhance product discovery and on-site engagement will be key. You will update, track, and report on digital forecasts and trading plans, providing clear and actionable insights for stakeholders and leveraging key trading events in specific countries.

Collaboration is essential; you will work closely with in-market and offshore teams to drive growth in newly launched countries through insight sharing and robust communication. You will also liaise with Brick & Mortar departments to ensure stock levels, sell-through rates, allocation, newness, and replenishment are factored into the digital trading plan. Working alongside the Digital Marketing team, you will help optimise traffic performance by highlighting product or category opportunities within the trading plan.

Supporting other digital team members as required, you will maintain clarity on the trading plan and provide insight into commercial opportunities, contributing to the continued success and growth of Kurt Geiger’s global digital brands.

Experience
- Experience working on Shopify websites and related platforms is highly desirable but not compulsory
- Experience with digital merchandising tools, such as Fred Hopper, preferred but not compulsory
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets accurately and confidently
- Ability to speak Spanish at a conversational level is beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across different time zones
