About the Role

Our Digital Team is a leading-edge, multichannel, global, fully integrated function within the business, operating in a fast-paced Agile environment with a strong focus on leadership development.

As a Digital Assistant Trading Manager, you will support the Senior Online Trading Manager to drive global expansion by launching new Shopify-based websites into new markets and territories. You will be responsible for positioning the brand effectively while driving commercial performance.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the website catalogue by loading new products, creating new categories, and overseeing large product sets. You will manage, test, and optimise onsite merchandising and product rankings with a localised approach by market to maximise commercial ambitions. Additionally, you will optimise search and navigation functionality to improve product discovery and on-site engagement.

You will update, track, and report on the digital forecast and trading plan, providing clear and actionable insights for stakeholders and leveraging key trading events in specific countries. Collaboration with in-market and offshore teams will be essential to drive growth in newly launched countries through insight sharing and guidance.

Close working relationships with the Brick & Mortar departments will ensure stock levels, sell-through rates, allocation, newness, and replenishment are factored into the digital trading plan. You will also work alongside the Digital Marketing team to optimise traffic performance by highlighting product or category opportunities within the trading plan.

Supporting other digital team members as required, you will maintain clarity on the trading plan and provide insight into commercial opportunities.

Experience
- Experience working on Shopify websites and related platforms is highly desirable but not compulsory
- Experience with digital merchandising tools, such as Fred Hopper, preferred but not compulsory
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets accurately and confidently
