About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your analytical skills and experience to influence our international digital tech products. Initially, the focus will be on Stock and Inventory tools, including global requirements, rollout to new markets, product development, feature building, inventory management, and data centralisation. While experience in these areas is ideal, transferable knowledge is welcomed.
You will gather, validate, and document business requirements using various methods such as shop visits and document analysis. Your work documents will be detailed, traceable, and kept up-to-date. You will create and manage functional specifications and communicate them effectively to identify and validate solutions and business directions aligned with company goals.
Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed tickets for the development team, collaborating with stakeholders across legal, financial, technical, and operational areas, capturing and analysing requirements, assessing impacts on business architecture, performing cost-benefit analyses, identifying efficiency opportunities, and supporting risk and timeline management alongside Producers and Programme Managers.

Experience
- Defining solutions within a technical development environment
- Liaising and managing internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to interact professionally with engineers, international support teams, and subject matter experts
- Highly organised, logical, and solutions-focused approach with the ability to prioritise competing activities and meet deadlines
- Experience working efficiently with geographically dispersed teams, including hosting and participating in online meetings
