About the Role
As the Digital Marketing Manager - Affiliates, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital performance forward. Reporting to the Senior Affiliate Manager, you will help shape and deliver best-in-class digital marketing across the business. You will be responsible for a key growth area within the Performance Marketing team, working across multiple EMEA markets to scale a mature channel. Your work will directly influence short-, medium-, and long-term strategy, ensuring exceptional results in revenue, ROAS, and other critical performance metrics. This high-impact role will accelerate our momentum and unlock the next stage of our digital success story.
Core Campaign Delivery
- Oversee day-to-day campaign execution and reporting.
- Deploy and optimise campaigns across the affiliate channel, managing tactics to grow market share with direct partner affiliates.
- Manage third-party banner campaigns end-to-end, including performance analysis and reporting.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting.
Technical & Data Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage integration of technical solutions.
- Lead API setup, feed integration, and ongoing optimisation with affiliates.
- Conduct daily fraud monitoring and support mitigation efforts.
- Use 1st- and 3rd-party data insights to inform tactics and strategy.
Growth & Opportunity Development
- Identify new affiliate opportunities and partners.
- Ensure the affiliate network has the tools and support needed to deliver strong results.
- Gather market and product insights to incorporate into strategy and tactical planning.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work with wider teams to create affiliate marketing materials.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders including market managers, API teams, MarTech, Data Engineering, Supplier Marketing, Performance Marketing, and affiliate networks.

Experience
- Strong understanding of affiliate channels, partner models, and performance levers.
- Proven ability to deploy, optimise, and scale campaigns across multiple markets.
- Experience with analytics and data visualisation software such as Adobe and Power BI.
- Technical experience with APIs, feed integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of revenue, ROAS, gross margin, and commercial KPIs.
