About the Role
As Digital Project Manager, you will take responsibility for major web development projects and work closely with fundraising to drive sustainable change. You will work with internal teams and third parties to ensure all aspects of projects are delivered accurately and on time. Your role includes consulting with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, building on initial feasibility work of the Product Manager, creating and maintaining project plans, and establishing commitment to plans with stakeholders and external suppliers. You will maintain project integrity by managing scope and budget expectations and champion WaterAid’s commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding. The role is based within the Mass Engagement department of the Communications & Fundraising Directorate, supporting the global website platform and digital activities across the international WaterAid Federation.

Experience
Proven track record of successful Project Management on digital projects, including planning, scoping and specification phases.
Strong understanding of enterprise level Content Management Systems.
Ability to work independently under own initiative.
Strong communication skills, including ability to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications
Although not essential, working knowledge of Drupal CMS is preferred.
Experience working with outsourced development agencies is advantageous.
