About the Role
Join Breast Cancer Now’s Individual Giving team, a high performing group generating over £20 million annually. This pivotal role supports the delivery of the fundraising strategy and budget management, leading campaigns to generate vital income now and for the future. You will manage acquisition and retention communications reaching thousands of supporters across multiple marketing channels including face-to-face, DRTV, direct mail and digital. Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will deliver complex, multi-faceted campaigns that drive income to support the charity’s research and care objectives. Experience
Some experience in marketing or fundraising environments is preferred, or a strong desire and ability to quickly learn how to run direct marketing campaigns and work with suppliers to generate income and engagement.
About you
Well organised with excellent communication skills, able to manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders. You will monitor campaign budgets and key metrics to optimise performance. Experience working across channels such as email, online, telemarketing, direct mail, door to door and private site is beneficial. You understand supporter motivations and how to increase engagement by testing and evolving campaigns. You ensure all communications reflect the Breast Cancer Now brand ethos.
