About the Role
As part of a large, newly aligned and dynamic engagement directorate at Breast Cancer Now, you will support the Chief Engagement Officer (CengO) and engagement directors’ key priorities during a formative time for the charity. This role is crucial in delivering our bold new strategy and driving income and awareness growth. You will manage the CengO’s time, projects, communications, and both external and internal relationships, acting as a key connector across the organisation. A significant focus will be providing exceptional stakeholder management support for the CengO and wider team as they launch and progress the £50 million campaign and campaign board. This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause and make a real impact.
Experience
Proven experience providing executive assistant support at director or chief level, demonstrating the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities effectively.
About you
You are a proactive and perceptive individual with high attention to detail. You work independently and at pace, communicating confidently across teams at all levels. You excel at quickly building and maintaining key relationships internally and following up to support the CengO, director team, and their priorities in delivering an ambitious strategy during a time of growth.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications are stated; however, strong organisational skills, communication abilities, and experience supporting senior executives are essential.
