About the Role
The health information team produces high quality, accessible health and patient information for people affected by breast cancer or concerned about their breast health. Our printed information is widely used by healthcare professionals across the UK, and our online content includes over 200 webpages. As a Health Content Editor, you will play a pivotal role in creating and reviewing our information portfolio. You will project manage and edit individual information products, collaborating closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high editorial standards.
Experience
Proven experience as an editor, ideally with health or medical content. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with subject matter experts.
About you
You are a clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex medical information for a lay audience. You have excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing accessible and accurate health information. You are organised, able to prioritise effectively, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
Relevant editorial or health communication qualifications are desirable but not essential. A strong editorial skillset and experience in health content are key.
