About the Role
As a Disrepair Liaison Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our disrepair service, ensuring cases are managed efficiently and residents receive a responsive, high-quality service. Working closely with the Disrepair Lead, you will act as a key point of contact for contractors, frontline teams, and stakeholders, coordinating activity, resolving queries, and keeping cases progressing. This role combines customer service, administration, performance monitoring, and contractor liaison. You will help monitor KPIs, coordinate reporting, manage purchase orders, and support the smooth running of the service, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and used to drive improvements.
Your responsibilities will include acting as the main point of contact for contractors, frontline teams, stakeholders, and customers, responding to and coordinating disrepair-related queries. You will ensure enquiries are logged, progressed, and escalated appropriately, monitor contractor performance, and support the preparation of reports covering programmes of work, KPIs, and service delivery performance. Additionally, you will collect, analyse, and present information from contractors, consultants, and operational teams to support decision-making and service improvements. You will also raise purchase orders, process invoices, monitor spend, and ensure financial processes are completed accurately and on time. Organising and coordinating meetings, including agendas, attendance, note-taking, and follow-up actions, will be part of your role. You will support the wider team through general administrative and coordination activities, including providing cover for colleagues where necessary. Building effective relationships with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders to improve communication, performance, and resident outcomes is essential.
