About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Disrepair Supervisor to join the Wates Maintenance division. You will be responsible for delivering reactive and some planned maintenance services to residents. Key accountabilities include ensuring high quality service through effective work scheduling in line with company procedures, standards and SLAs. You will represent Wates at client and resident performance meetings as requested by the Operations Manager and manage the responsive repairs function to consistently meet performance targets. The role requires effective management of material costs and adherence to correct processes and procedures. You will monitor work quality through inspections, reports, key performance indicators and customer satisfaction surveys. Leading, managing and developing your team to determine optimum employment levels to comply with service provision is essential. This role requires a full UK driving licence and the ability to communicate effectively, problem solve, multitask and work to tight deadlines.

Experience
Prior experience in responsive maintenance is crucial for this role. Proven ability to manage repair functions and deliver consistent performance against targets is required.
