As a Domestic Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring communal areas are kept clean and safe for residents and employees through thorough cleaning and maintenance
- Performing domestic tasks such as dusting, polishing, and vacuuming residents’ bedrooms, using appropriate warning signs when necessary
- Collaborating closely with the home management team to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Providing companionship, support, communication, and engagement to residents
- Occasionally supporting with personal care tasks as required

Experience
No previous care experience is required. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
