About the Role
Net Zero Careers Accelerator is seeking motivated and professional Domestic Energy Assessors to join our growing team. You will work on a variety of residential projects delivering high-quality energy assessments and stock condition surveys. This role involves carrying out EPCs and/or Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties, maintaining accurate data collection and reporting standards, and engaging professionally with residents, clients, and colleagues. You will ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards while supporting the UK’s net-zero goals through high-quality retrofit delivery and compliance across residential projects.

Experience
- Proven experience in carrying out Domestic Energy Assessments and Stock Condition Surveys is desirable
- Experience with retrofit assessment and energy efficiency measures for older and traditional buildings is advantageous

Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment (DEA) (essential)
- Full clean UK Driver’s Licence (essential)
- DBS checked or willing to undergo a DBS check (essential)
- Level 3 or 4 Award in Retrofit Assessment (e.g. ABBE) (desirable)
- Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional Buildings (desirable)
- Competent in MS Office and electronic data systems (e.g. HubSpot)
