About the Role
The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking a dynamic and energetic Duty Manager responsible for the overall operation of the front office and assuming full responsibility for the hotel when on duty. You will have a passion for creating memorable moments, attention to detail, and delivering personalised guest service.
Key responsibilities include overseeing front office and duty management operations, ensuring smooth shift handovers, leading, training, coaching, and supervising the front office team to maintain high standards of service and compliance with policies. You will manage the guest experience end-to-end, handling enquiries, complaints, VIPs, groups, and special occasions to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Additional duties involve ensuring operational accuracy across reservations, billing, audits, reports, safety, security, and legal requirements. You will also work to maximise occupancy, revenue, and profitability through effective communication, up-selling, promotions, and collaboration with all departments.

Experience
Previous experience in large hotel operations and front office management is highly desirable. Knowledge of Opera PMS and Health & Safety standards is essential.
