About the Role
Make a difference for children and young people in Greenwich by joining Greenwich SEND Outreach Services. We are an ambitious and expanding service transforming support for schools, families, and children across Greenwich. The SEND Outreach Services consist of four well-regarded specialist teams: Early Years Outreach Service, Autism Outreach Service, STEPs Complex Needs Service, and Sensory Service. Together, we work closely with schools, children, and families, providing specialist advice, guidance, and practical support that helps children thrive and achieve their full potential.

As part of the Department for Education's reforms to strengthen inclusion and provide wider support for schools through the "Experts at Hand" (EAH) Model, we are expanding our services to enable more schools to access specialist SEND expertise and benefit from early intervention.

We are recruiting for a variety of specialist roles across our services, including Autism Outreach Workers within the Autism Outreach Service. By joining our team, you will work alongside experienced SEND professionals, support schools to build inclusive practice, and contribute to the development of high-quality SEND provision across Greenwich. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative service delivering the new "Experts at Hand" model and to make a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people.

Requirements

Experience
We are seeking enthusiastic, skilled, and committed professionals with a strong commitment to inclusion and SEND. Experience working with children, young people, and families in an educational or outreach setting is desirable.

About you
You should be passionate about supporting children, young people, and their families, able to build positive relationships with schools and multi-agency partners.
