About the Role
Make a difference for children and young people in Greenwich by joining Greenwich SEND Outreach Services. We are an ambitious and expanding service transforming support for schools, families, and children across Greenwich. The SEND Outreach Services consists of four specialist teams: Early Years Outreach Service, Autism Outreach Service, STEPs Complex Needs Service, and Sensory Service. Together, we provide specialist advice, guidance, and practical support that helps children thrive and achieve their full potential.

As part of the Department for Education's reforms to strengthen inclusion and provide wider support for schools through the "Experts at Hand" (EAH) Model, we are expanding our services to enable more schools to access specialist SEND expertise and benefit from early intervention.

This role is part of the STEPs Complex Needs Service within the EAH model, offering an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced SEND professionals to support schools in building inclusive practices and improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND. You will contribute to the development of high-quality SEND provision across Greenwich and be part of an innovative service delivering the new EAH model.
