Tower Hamlets offers an exciting opportunity to bring your innovative ideas to support the borough in meeting its goals under the Childcare Acts of 2006 and 2016. Join our dynamic Early Education and Childcare Service as an Advisory Team Leader and make a lasting impact on children’s lives across the borough. You will spearhead our newly formed advisory team, ensuring every child has access to the highest standard of education and care from birth through to the end of nursery.
As Advisory Team Leader, you will guide a team of dedicated professionals to provide tailored support to early education and childcare providers. Your expertise and passion will help the sector deliver flexible, inclusive, accessible, and high-quality early education and childcare. From driving evidence-based practices to nurturing strong partnerships, your role will be instrumental in shaping a thriving early education landscape.
Your leadership will inspire the sector and colleagues to meet and exceed statutory and regulatory standards, supporting providers to offer nurturing and inclusive environments where children become confident, curious learners ready for their futures.

Experience
Proven experience within the early education and childcare sector, including extensive, recent experience as a team leader or manager. Demonstrated passion for early years development and inclusion is essential.
