You can be office based in one of our offices in Sutton or Aylesbury or home based with frequent travel to our offices.
What will you be doing?
We're looking for an ECO Delivery Manager with primary responsibility for delivery management for this department. It will involve a varied and challenging workload within a constantly evolving business environment. You will join an existing successful, high-performing team and gain invaluable insight into the low carbon and energy sectors. This role will equip you with the skills required to explore other commercial and/or operational roles within the business, including senior leadership roles. The role would suit an individual with previous ECO delivery experience. You will need to demonstrate relevant operational and delivery management skills. The ideal candidate is expected to work alongside our Compliance Manager and Supply Chain Management team to assist with our ECO strategy, track delivery, maintain forecasts, manage relationships with obligated suppliers and have direct responsibility for ECO MI.
Experience
Knowledge and experience of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO); understanding of the retrofit industry and the processes involved in the installation of insulation, heating and renewables into domestic properties; strong operational and partner management skills; proven experience in managing internal and external stakeholders; data analysis skills including advanced use of MS Excel; excellent reporting and presenting ability.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in energy management or related fields are desirable but not essential. A strong background in ECO delivery and operational management is crucial.
