This role will be within our Metering team, you’ll join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, providing efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters. As an engineer, you will form part of our Metering team that provides a wide range of services from Smart installations, investigating non-communicating smart meters, and emergency and maintenance appointments on behalf of EON, OVO, EDF and our expanding client portfolio. Customer service is our top priority. You'll ensure that all jobs are completed on time and our customers are provided in-depth explanations of the benefits and safe usage of their new meter. You’ll also be responding to emergencies, restoring power or gas when customers need it the most. You'll be provided with continuous training to maintain and develop your skills. Health and safety will be at the heart of everything you do! You’ll have weekly meetings and support from field managers and support functions to ensure you are never alone. No day is the same, and you'll be given endless opportunities to shine.
Experience
Valid UK driving licence; must have held your licence for 1 year and have less than 6 points. Experience installing gas and electric smart meters is preferred. Previous MOCOPA experience is advantageous.

Qualifications
CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3 or NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering Dual Fuel is required. Additional qualifications such as REGT1, 3 phase, CT are beneficial but not mandatory.
