Dual Fuel - £42,285 plus £2,000 attendance and safety bonus per annum for full time roles (if based inside the M25)
Dual Fuel (3 phase/CT) - £43,370 plus £2,000 attendance and safety bonus per annum for full time roles (if based inside the M25)
On target earnings of up to £50,000+
Additional £1,000 for 3 phase/CT and/or Medium Pressure qualification
Regular overtime paid at time and a half and double time on Sundays

About the Role
At M Group Energy, we deliver essential infrastructure services across electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering, and home decarbonisation. As part of our Metering team, you will join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, offering efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity, and water meters.

In this role, you will carry out smart meter installations, investigate non-communicating smart meters, and handle emergency and maintenance appointments on behalf of clients such as EON, OVO, and EDF. You will work independently, engaging with customers to provide clear explanations about the benefits and safe usage of their new meters.

Customer service is a top priority, and you will respond to emergencies, restoring power or gas when customers need it most. You will receive continuous training to maintain and develop your skills, with a strong focus on health and safety. Your onboarding journey will prepare you to be an ambassador for safety standards.

You will be supported by regular team meetings and field management, ensuring no day is the same and providing opportunities to shine and progress. With 87% of field managers promoted internally, this role offers excellent career longevity and progression.

Experience
Experience installing gas and electric smart meters is preferred.
Previous MOCOPA experience is desirable.
Experience with CCN1, CMA1, CMA3 or NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering Dual Fuel is advantageous but not essential.
