Dual Fuel - £42,285 plus £2,000 attendance and safety bonus per annum for full time roles
Dual Fuel (3 phase/CT) - £43,370 plus £2,000 attendance and safety bonus per annum for full time roles
On target earnings of up to £50,000+
Additional £1,000 for 3 phase/CT and/or Medium Pressure qualification
Regular overtime paid at time and a half and double time on Sundays
Uncapped additional productivity related bonus

About the Role
At M Group Energy, we deliver essential infrastructure services across electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation. As part of the Metering team, you will join the UK’s leading provider of metering services in the energy retail sector, delivering efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe installation, maintenance and removal of smart meters (SMETS2) in customers’ homes, completing around 5 jobs per day. You will ensure customers understand the benefits and safe usage of their new smart meters, providing excellent customer service and making a positive difference.

You will travel around your area using a tablet to manage your schedule, which is available up to 2 weeks in advance. Continuous training will be provided to maintain and develop your skills, with a strong focus on health and safety. Weekly meetings and field manager support ensure you are never working alone and have opportunities to grow.

Experience
- Experience installing gas and electric smart meters
- Previous MOCOPA experience to a multi rate level preferred
- Customer service skills with the ability to work independently and engage with customers

About you
- Valid UK driving licence held for at least 1 year with less than 6 points
- Motivated, reliable and safety conscious
- Enjoy working outdoors and meeting new people
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills through continuous training

Qualifications
- CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3 all with MET1, or NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering Dual Fuel preferred but not essential
- Bonus qualifications such as REGT1, 3 phase are advantageous
- Ideally registered on the EUSR portal
