About the Role
Culligan UK Limited is seeking an eCommerce Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day management, optimisation, and development of our digital estate across multiple websites. This role will primarily focus on improving performance and conversion on culligan.co.uk, our main site, while also supporting the build, setup, and growth of 2–3 additional supporting sites. You will work closely with the eCommerce Manager to deliver landing pages, maintain site content, and support conversion rate optimisation (CRO), search engine optimisation (SEO), and reporting initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable both optimising existing digital experiences and building new ones from scratch.
Experience
- Managing and maintaining 3–4 websites, including primary and supporting sites
- Building and launching landing pages, new sections, and content
- Ensuring consistency in UX, site structure, and content quality
- Managing product listings, categories, and on-site content within CMS
- Conducting regular audits to identify issues, gaps, and optimisation opportunities
- Supporting CRO initiatives including A/B testing setup, QA, and monitoring
- Implementing on-page SEO improvements such as metadata, content structure, and internal linking
- Applying UX best practices to improve site performance
- Monitoring site performance metrics including traffic, engagement, and conversion
- Supporting GA4 tracking, funnel analysis, and reporting
- Building and maintaining reporting frameworks and dashboards
- Performing QA on site updates before and after release
- Supporting tracking validation (GA4 / GTM)
- Identifying and escalating bugs or journey issues
- Maintaining documentation and change logs
About you
Detail-oriented and proactive with strong organisational skills. Comfortable working collaboratively within a team and independently managing multiple websites. A hands-on approach with a passion for digital marketing, CRO, SEO, and website optimisation. Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable improvements. Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high-quality user experiences across all digital platforms.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in eCommerce marketing, digital marketing, or website management is essential. Familiarity with CMS platforms, GA4, GTM, SEO best practices, and A/B testing tools is highly desirable. A degree or professional qualification in marketing, digital media, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
