About the Role
Royal Canin is undertaking a major transformation programme called EOS to deliver against its strategy of being Fit for Future and removing business risk. The transformation has four key elements: new technology, standardized core processes, a strengthened data & analytics foundation, supported by a dedicated transformation team and change management. The first wave of implementations will go live in summer 2027, and RC EKA (European Key Accounts) will be one of the units to participate. This assignment runs from September 2026 to October 2027.

The role involves driving governance, planning, execution oversight, and stakeholder alignment across the EOS programme and related business dependencies to ensure successful deployment. Acting as the pivotal hub of the deployment, the role ensures delivery on time, within scope, aligned with global standards while meeting regional business requirements and supporting workload management for associate wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include establishing effective governance frameworks, deployment readiness, monitoring risks and dependencies, and enabling successful adoption of new business processes and technologies. The role serves as a key liaison between the EOS Team and the local business team.

Experience
Extensive project management experience is required.

Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to build and maintain relationships across diverse groups. Proactive in risk, issue, and dependency management with the ability to develop mitigation plans and escalate critical challenges. Collaborative mindset to support business readiness, change enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree or BA from a Business School.
