About the Role
Children and young people are at the heart of everything we do at the Royal Borough of Greenwich. We are seeking an experienced Educational Practitioner committed to championing the education of all children and young people to join us as an Elective Home Education Support Officer. You will work alongside the Elective Home Education Officer within our Targeted Attendance Improvement and Advisory Service. This permanent role requires the ability to work effectively as part of a team with a clear focus on putting children and young people first. You must also be able to work independently with high levels of efficiency and self-organisation. Supported by the Elective Home Education Officer, Head of Service, and team members, you will play an integral role in supporting and delivering the Elective Home Education Service across the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Experience
Proven experience as an Educational Practitioner with a commitment to supporting the education of children and young people.

Enthusiastic and committed individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people. Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Highly organised with strong self-management skills.

Qualifications
Relevant educational qualifications and experience in education or a related field are expected. A full employment history is required, including satisfactory explanations for any gaps in employment.
