About the Role
If you are a passionate, inquisitive, and detail-focused Equity Research or Investment Banking professional with experience in the Real Estate sector and strong knowledge of Equity Research and financial modelling, this role is for you. You will work within our top-rated team, under the mentorship and guidance of Senior Analysts, contributing to thematic deep-dives, strategic reviews, results analysis, and industry presentations. As an Analyst or Associate in the Real Estate Equity Research Team, you will contribute to writing research reports, including thematic deep-dives, strategic reviews, results analysis, and industry/company presentations. You will communicate with institutional investors, company representatives, internal clients (Sales, Sector Specialists & Trading), and other stakeholders. You will create, maintain, and update company models and databases, gaining exposure to a wide range of industry topics and building relationships across the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to writing research reports, including thematic deep-dives, strategic reviews, results analysis, and industry/company presentations
- Communicate with institutional investors, company representatives, internal clients (Sales, Sector Specialists & Trading), and other stakeholders
- Create, maintain, and update company models and databases
- Collaborate with Senior Analysts and team members to deliver impactful research
- Support stock coverage alongside Senior Analysts
- Stay abreast of sector and industry developments
Experience
- Experience in Equity Research or Investment Banking (Industry, ECM, M&A)
- Extensive experience within the Real Estate sector is preferred

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Data analysis and coding skills are a plus
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Regulatory Requirements
This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and, where appropriate, approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
